Meet the Crew

Business Manager
: Brian Hagan

Brian brings over 25 years of experience in the automobile industry to Reynolds. In his free time, Brian, his wife Jean and two children, Brian and Colin, enjoy boating on Bantam Lake. Working together they restored a 1967 Plymouth GTX, years ago, which they frequently take to shows all over New England. The car has won first place and received two Celebrity picks at the All Chrysler Car Show in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Marina Manager
: Chris Evans

Chris joined Reynolds' team in 1997 in the Marine Sales department. When the marina was renovated a few years back Chris became the marina manager and now he is the one to contact for dockage, storage, and service. Chris grew up in the area and even attended Lyme Old Lyme High School with Tom Reynolds, see it really is a small world. Chris is an avid fisherman and can often be found on the water in his Skeeter.

Marine Parts & Service Manager
: Andy Barter

With an extensive background in the automotive parts industry, Andy transitioned easily to marine parts when hired by Reynolds in 2010. Raised in Connecticut, he currently lives on Amston Lake with his wife Jen, daughter Samantha and two dogs Mac and Harley. In his spare time Andy plays and tests video games, often writing reviews on them. He is an avid motor cycle rider and enjoys participating in many different charity rides. He has a passion for NASCAR racing, often supporting his favorite driver, Tony Stewart.

Sales associate
: Captain Bryan Liebenthal

Bryan brings a lifetime of fishing and boating experience with him to Reynolds'. Bryan holds a captains license and fishes from Maine to Florida for saltwater and freshwater species from bass to Bluefin Tuna. In his free time he enjoys woodworking.

Detailer
: George T. Charlton

George enjoys backpacking, hiking, fly-fishing and music. George is a guitarist in a local band “Out of the Fog” and plays at many local venues on the weekends.

Marine Technician
: Scott D'Amato

Scott is a Yamaha trained technician. Scott was born and raised in Old Saybrook and enjoys motorcycles and almost anything else with an engine. Scott also can be found bartending at one of the local casinos on the weekends.

Master Marine Technician
: John Dittman

John has over 30 years of Mercury marine experience. John was born and raised in Old Saybrook. Every fall John can be found waterfowl hunting the lower Connecticut River valley and spending time with his Lab, “Buddy”. John was also a race car driver when he was younger and he enjoys spending time with his family.
